If you wanted to live in the property for a longer period, then we can arrange monthly rental payments. If your intention was to eventually buy back the property, our "rent to buy" plan would allow you to remain in your property, paying a monthly rent, until you have paid a sufficient amount of funds to regain the outright ownership of the property again.
Offers to purchase property remains valid for a 28 day period. You may, of course, still continue with the purchase after 28 days has elapsed, but this would probably involve a reassessment of your personal circumstances and a new purchase offer being provided.
Unlike selling your property through an estate agent, there are no additional costs – no legal fees, no valuation fees, no estate agent fees – in fact there are no hidden charges at all.
