one legacy. one cd
long before the depths became ruled by Vyson Pavavorey, a thousand years prior to his exile by the hands of father tyrant and lady fate, there in the marshes of this baron planet birthed gigantic creatures named the collapsed, or the onyx colony. 25 feet tall, they stood as chaotic shadows that wrapped around their nervous systems. For these many years, Havok had already reigned many times over. before vyson’s ruling, they were left to survive, fending for a planet they had no idea was built to die. They had handled many an atrocity before, but it would not be long before their many casualties would start to show. at worst they were left to eat each other alive.
the deities of vegala infinity had been watching the depths for quite some time, and discovered their experiment had been naught for nothing, but alas needed to come to an end at some point. such is when they enlisted vyson pavavorey to oversee their deaths. sent as a messenger and a ruler, he would bring about that their fights were for nothing, and would enlist many to serve for said ending. they would carve their code of desolation into scrolls that would embolden their defeat.
but upon vyson’s exile, tyrant and fate would sooner come to restore the depths, and fight onward against the atrocities that plagued the depths long after. They would become keepers of the borderline and would keep the cycle of life between each sister realm strong and prosperous for as long as time could continue.

10 remade onyx colony songs
two brand new onyx colony songs
Claustro Ego
When a spirit makes its way into the depths, it’s not as peaceful as one would think. Nadoria would proudly boast the end of life as a cleansing period, but in actuality it’s a tight and claustrophobic set of affairs. When passing the sister realms beyond, the nervous system’s arteries would expand, violently splinter apart, and every neural cell would burst into flash bangs of memories flooding back endlessly. This is what many on the depths would call a claustrophobic ego crisis, which would bring shudders to anyone recollecting.
forest of the beast
When the first soldiers brought themselves to the depths, there were noises reverberating through the crystal forest. None dared to enter, and collectively they would come to break ether and onyx from the outer lands, which would forge a smithery alliance that aided in the protection against any that sought a threat. They would come to find it was a paradigm machination from the spillage of Havok emerging from the rip between the depths and the damned.
forget this
As time passed by in the depths, the onyx colony found themselves with the same violent screams of their past floating in their minds. This would bring about their violent screams of woe. Every waking memory they shared, every reminder of the transitional pain from Nadorian to lost spirit, their only wish was to forget everything that ate away at them.
ages of pain
This desperate plea for ignorance would result in a violent spiral. A recession period came of the soldiers who had fought through not only their path through the sister realms, but the anguish they endured taking down every last plagued horror coursing through their new home. It was a reminder of where they came from, and how far they’ve come. These eras would be known as the ages of pain.
boom
Upon Vyson’s first emerging onto the planet, things were changing. They were all too familiar with people of power, particularly since Nadoria had been struggling with this through the many years since its birth. They were told of their uselessness, and upon a decree being forged, the colony sought to fight back against those with ties to an upper echelon that hovered over their kind.
unlock the heart
Vyson’s decrees were in full effect, but the soldiers still believed. They sought to gather energy from their brightest star, The Great Beyond. Gathered as one, they would venture out towards the beyond’s ether bridge and ascend further.
silver lining
As they ascended the ether bridge, they would land on their greatest star. It was a shimmer of bright light, barren but beautiful. They’d clutch their spirits to the surface and draw from the energy. But it wasn’t without sacrifice, as many of the soldiers would succumb to the tearing of their vessels, being sucked into the ground below them. What was left behind was a tribal marking of their grave that floated seamlessly across the surface. Many were left with casualties, but many had made it out unscathed.
broken
With the might and tenacity from their brightest star, The Great Beyond, they would charge towards the newly built fortress built for Vyson’s ruling. The planet was broken, spirits broken. But this was the day they would march onward to fix what was broken, restoring the light they once sought to believe existed, in spite of all odds.
memories of the damned
The castle was stormed. Pergaprime would be the leader of the army. Though they had thought Vyson was thwarted for a brief while, they named this castle after Pergaprime himself. Unfortunately Vyson would stand to survive the avalanche and enslave the remaining soldiers for his own self. He would soon take control of Pergaprime. Alongside his strongest allies, he was encased inside onyx tombs wrapping around their entire bodies, trapping them forever under Vyson’s control. They were forced to create prophecies that would be proudly boasted about on the windows of the castle. A great beast came from the forest, the colony created a bridge to pass to the other side, all to be slain by the emperor. A reminder for any threats that dare to emerge that a wrath would be coming for them as well. Vyson would keep the name of Pergaprime castle as a salt in the wound.
The Encrypt
The remaining soldiers that were captured by Vyson were tasked to create a tomb for themselves miles away from the castle called The Encrypt. Once it was complete, they were forced inside by Vyson himself. Inside this fortress would hold the remaining whispers of the colony soldiers. They would come to desperately eat each other alive on the inside, their only chance of freedom was the ceasing of existence itself, the only escape was the sweet relief of death.
Snakebite
These stories were many moons ago. Since then, Vyson had been overthrown, Tyrant and Fate would rule and sooner succumb to peril, Goliath would be born into the world and be known as the avant-garde of change to come. Upon his return from the damned after the desolation that came before his sacrifice, he would find mysterious slithering across the Omen Lakes. They would lunge towards him as he slung them into the waters. What he would discover was a purification process, and the snakes became less hostile, more allies. They became one with Goliath and would sooner become his eyes, his weapons, his guardians.
blood for boulders
On Goliath’s perilous journey through the depths towards the now dead star, The Great Beyond, he would arrive at a long and wide spanning terrain of nothingness. But from the ground, larger than life golems surfaced from underneath the ground, Ether titans that sat in large dishes of the same material. Since the Omen Waters were restored, these gargantuans were the first line of defence against the many days of Havok. Goliath looked upon their shimmer, would ask them how they managed to stay so unscathed, meanwhile his body was torn from him, only left to be skull and bones. Occasionally thunderous lightning would shine from the sky, and when reflecting off these golems, he would see casts of blood scattered across their entire body, filling up inside the large dishes they laid in. They would simply proclaim “Believe in blood for boulders, then say you’ve been through this before”.
